Founded in 1982, VML & Asociados is a leading firm offering consulting, construction and maintenance solutions throughout Puerto Rico and Florida. Our staff coordinates and supervises every project from planning to closeout, giving clients direct visibility into progress, cost, quality, safety and environmental compliance. We bring deep expertise in historical restoration — including landmark projects in Old San Juan — masonry restoration, lime plaster repair, historic wood and stair restoration, and full interior and exterior renovation.
